Dr. Manoj Verghese is an accomplished academician and administrator with extensive experience in the field of management studies. His last assignment was as the Group Director (Innovation and Incubation) at Rungta Educational Foundation, he was also the Professor & Head of the Department of Management Studies at Rungta College of Engineering & Technology (RCET), Bhilai. Dr. Verghese's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Management, along with postgraduate degrees in Commerce, Business Administration, and Psychology.

With a career spanning over two decades, Dr. Verghese has held various academic and administrative positions, including Dean roles at Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai Chhatisgarh, India. His responsibilities have encompassed teaching, curriculum development, student development, examination management, and fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among students. He has been actively involved in conducting workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs to enhance teaching methodologies and research capabilities.

Dr. Verghese's research interests lie in areas such as organizational behavior, customer orientation, employee empowerment, and consumer behavior. He has a prolific publication record, with numerous papers published in both national and international journals. Additionally, he has presented papers at various seminars and conferences, contributing significantly to the academic discourse in his field.

Apart from his academic roles, Dr. Verghese is engaged in guiding doctoral candidates and serving on the boards of several universities and technical institutions. He is also actively involved in promoting innovation and incubation activities, aiming to foster entrepreneurial skills among students and support startup ventures within the educational ecosystem.
