The excellent residential and dining facilities offered by the university helps in easing the transition of international students to a new country.
Arrival & Visa
Sharda University Uzbekistan runs an ‘Airport Welcome Service’ for international students. The transport will be organized to take you from your airport of arrival to your accommodation free of charge. Please note that the free airport welcome service is only available from International Airport prior to the student induction programs.
Please ensure that you complete the online form by the relevant deadline date so that arrangements can be made for you. Once you have submitted your online form, you will receive an email to confirm that your space has been booked as well as further instructions. Please note that specific details of your airport transfer will be sent to you by email about a week before you are due to arrive. If you do not inform the international office of your arrival details, there will be no arrangements made for you. Please contact the International Office if you have any queries.

Visa at the airport
It is possible to obtain a visa at the international arrivals lounge of International Airport if there is no Uzbekistan Embassy or Consulate in the country, where you are originating your flight to Uzbekistan. You can download the official visa application form to apply for a student visa at evisa.mfa.uz. This application form is valid for all Uzbekistan Embassies and Consulates.
