On 10th April 2023, the Placement Cell, SUUz conducted a workshop on "How to Ace Job Interviews/Tips to Crack Interviews". The workshop was conducted by Mr. Azim Ahmed, who is a well-known career counselor and has years of experience in the corporate sector. The workshop was attended by final year students and others as well.

He gave tips on how to prepare for an interview, including researching the company and the position, preparing answers for common interview questions, dressing appropriately, and arriving early. During the workshop, Mr. Ahmed conducted a mock interview with a volunteer from the audience, which gave the students an insight into how an actual interview would be conducted. He then proceeded to explain the various types of interviews, such as telephonic interviews, video interviews, and face-to-face interviews, and gave tips on how to prepare for each of them.

Overall, the workshop was a great success, and the students found it to be very informative and helpful. The Placement Cell received positive feedback from the students, who appreciated the efforts taken by the college to prepare them for their future careers. The workshop was a step in the right direction towards empowering students to face job interviews with confidence and ace them.
