Cross-cultural references and global perspective allow students to have a pragmatic view of the corporate setting and practices in several countries. When students learn from a multinational faculty, they get a holistic view of the business practices across various cultures and territories. The university strongly believes that leaders are best developed in a multi-cultural environment and industry leaders must be able to think globally; hence at Sharda University, Uzbekistan learning has no boundaries.

The aim is to instill a global perspective as an integral part of academic activities. The University has sponsored many of its students and faculty to participate in various seminars and short term courses regulated by reputed foreign universities.
