I have completed my Ph.D. in March 2018 at the JNSMS, Assam University (a Central University). Have Post-PhD research experience with the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad.

I have 12 years of experience, out of which 7 years of Industrial experience and 2.5 years of research experience, and 2.5 years of teaching experience. My research interests lie in Cost competitiveness, MSMEs & Innovations and CSR.
