Ms. Tojiyeva Nilufar Tohirjon qizi is a dedicated educator, researcher, and academic administrator who has been serving as a Senior Teaching Assistant and Head of the Youth Affairs Department at Sharda University Uzbekistan since September 14, 2022.

With an academic background in History and Psychology, she combines her understanding of human behavior with pedagogical methods to support student development and engagement. Her teaching philosophy is grounded in learner-centered education, emphasizing cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, and historical understanding.

Ms. Nilufar is also actively involved in youth mentorship programs and scientific research focusing on educational psychology, adolescent behavior, and forensic psychology.
