Dr. Dayana Mathew is a dedicated academician and passionate researcher with over a decade of experience in teaching English language and literature at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She holds a Ph.D. in English Literature from Bharathiar University, India, and has developed expertise in psychological, feminist, and existential approaches to literary studies. She has also served as Assistant Controller of Examinations for three years, contributing significantly to academic administration and assessment processes.
