Mr. Vivek Kumar Gupta is the Head of the Talent Acquisition Team of Sharda University; His role is to act as the face of HR for the University besides his involvement in senior-level decision making for both day to day management and strategic direction of the organization.
Responsible for recruitment throughout the University.
Build relationships with recruiters, draft briefs, set up interviews where necessary. Interview senior hires when necessary. Provide day to day advice to line managers on all Human Resource & Administration related issues.He also ensure that HR plan supports the needs of the organization but are also flexible enough to cope up with the changes in the organisation, as and when they occur.
Provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person, etc.
