A Russian national of Indian origin, trained as a postgraduate engineer in the USSR, Russia, and Belarus, with 35 years of experience living & working in the former Soviet countries. He has an in-depth knowledge of the Russian language, culture, and ethos, and has assisted governments, chambers of commerce, different ministries, industries, and companies in various diplomatic and techno-commercial business negotiations. He has contributed to a wide range of projects in sectors such as power, mining, aerospace, oil and gas, ports/shipping, metallurgy/steel, medicine, and defence, playing a key role as a bridge between nations to foster multilateral partnerships. His experience includes participating in global tenders, developing strategies for international project implementation, and leading delegations. He has successfully coordinated between the principals and clients from Russia, India, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Ukraine, the UAE, and other nations in the CIS bloc. Over the years, he has worked closely with high-level government officials, bureaucrats, technocrats, businessmen, and diplomats across various embassies and high commissions.
